Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Returns:
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Order Cancellations:
Orders may be canceled before they are processed. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be returned according to this policy.
